Sheena Karim is a professional Change Practitioner and Coach with over 25 years work experience across many industries, aviation, retail, government, utilities, and FMCG to name a few. She started her career in London working at Colgate and the British Airports Association. In 2000 she moved over to Australia and has \worked on projects for all the big Australian businesses such as NAB, Australia Post, Monash University, Alinta, Suncorp, Tabcorp, Wyndham City Council and CUB (to name a few). Sheena has sub-contracted to most of the well known consulting companies, including Salesforce, Accenture, KPMG, Changeworks, Cubic Consulting, System Partners and Bluewolf.
Sheena is able to understand all types of people and intuitively knows how to ask the right questions to bring to the foreground the key issues. She has an ability to understand any IT system and is able to translate changes and benefits for the end user or manager.
Sheena's memory enables her to connect conversations and build relationships giving her clients the felling of being understood, knowing that their interests are always her number one priority.
Sheena's qualifications include Level 3 Coach from the IECL (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership), a Masters Degree in Leadership and Organisational Coaching, a Graduate Certificate in Change Management and Bachelor of Science in Management.
